Recognition / Camaraderie Award

The Recognition Award is presented to persons who have made significant contributions to SSCA or to the sailing community. It also recognizes voyaging cruisers, who exemplify by their behavior, the main goals of SSCA, namely to foster camaraderie among cruisers while showing generosity and offering assistance to others.

Luc Callebaut & Jackie Lee, Sloepmouche
Luc & Jackie were recognized for their work developing, producing and hosting Circumnavigator Summit. Additionally, they categorize numerous YouTube videos for the SSCA channel and also serve as chair of SSCA's Membership Committee.

Jeff & Wendy Gower, Calypso
Jeff & Wendy were honored for their volunteer efforts to produce the monthly Cruisers' Bulletin.
