14. PROJECT ACTIVITIES:  Please specify the activities that will be conducted under the project, including personnel that will be involved.  Be as specific as possible.  Indicate any goods to be purchased and distributed.

15. PROJECT BENEFICIARIES:  Please indicate the intended beneficiaries of the project.  For example, this could include cruisers, the cruising community at large, or local communities with which cruisers are engaged.  Be as specific as possible.
